This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and air conditioning worked well for the size of room. However, the room was a little small for a family of four.
The location was one of the best aspects of the hotel: it was right in the historic centre and near all the attractions.
Staff were also very helpful, promptly responding to our requests.

The hotel was lovely as usual. But most importantly, the staff were top-notch. Everyone at the hotel made it a place to want to come back to. It was a great hotel experience. And we send all the staff a big Gratzie!, Arrividerci.
