Very comfortable and cozy stay. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was also very clean and maintained daily. I will stay again at Hotel Saem when I visit beautiful Siem Ream
Great hotel, reception and the chec- in was quick and easy. Property is slightly dated with the rooms but great size, reception, pool and dinning areas are spot on. Breakfast options are limited. Mainly continental and fruit. The hot breakfast was poor. Would definitely stay again.
Very welcoming hotel, clean quiet and good breakfast. Staff very helpfull and tuk tuk’s available for transfer to city centre. Would recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and the beds were huge. We liked the breakfast options , enough variety for 3 days we stayed. We also booked the airport shuttle and temples tour with English guide, which worked for us ver well.
The hotel is a beautiful oasis. Breakfast is great. The pool is very relaxing in the afternoon. The staff is amazing. Sochin, Kea and Chayira are welcoming and help make you stay amazing.
The property was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and staff very accommodating. We had a very late flight the day of check out and was able to hang around property to use the pool, restaurant and even a shower in the spa if needed. The pool and bar area was very nice, especially after a hot day.
Beautiful hotel, fabulous salt water pool, very clean. The staff are absolutely the best. We had some minor issues that were resolved in minutes! The breakfast has many options, including cold and hot foods. It is about 2.5 km from downtown, but only $3 USD by tuktuk. Love it here and have stayed twice, so far.
Beautiful property tucked away from noisy bars and busy streets. The staff was so friendly and helpful - breakfast was amazing and a great start to everyday! Convenient TukTuk drivers were waiting outside and ready whenever we were. We will definitely be back in the future.
Everyone working there are nice & professional, they will help you whenever you need them. Smiling is always on their face. Environment is excellent, like a resort. Swimming pool is beautiful.
From the beginning to the very end of our stay the staff at Saem Siemreap were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. When checking in we were welcomed by Ms. Sochin, Ms. Sreykea and Staff with a refreshing glass of juice and cold face towel after a three hour drive from Battambang. Our family suite was quite spacious and clean with an outdoor patio that led out from the master bedroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and offered many different options, both traditional and Khmer that tasted delicious. Transportation was just a step away from the front entrance as they always had a tuk tuk or someone on staff to take you. If you are looking for a place to stay in Siem Reap I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again Ms. Sochin, Ms. Sreykea, and Staff for taking care of us! We will be back
Exceptionally clean and new. Staff was wonderful! Restaurant was very nice and fairly priced with a wide variety of offerings. The pool was beautiful with tools and shower.
This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed at while touring three countries.
Highly recommend, hotel arranged for everything, flawless pick up at airport, tours of Angkor complex with driver and tour guide. Breakfast Buffet was included. Clean, courteous and reasonable.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of four and the staff made us all feel so welcome. The building is stunning and clean, and the breakfast buffer has a wide variety and extremely fresh. We will be back.😊
The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms. The outside appearance is pleasant in Khmer architecture. The hard wood floor is very attractive and shiny, though can be a bit slippery. Rooms are beautifully appointed and a balcony makes it nicer to enjoy some fresh air or look out at the pool. Having a pool is great for relax after exploring the temples and the town. Tuk-tuks are available outside for exploring the towns or temples. Airport taxis can also be booked with the hotel as the airport is a long one hour driver away. It's nice to have a taxi pick you up at the airport and be given fresh water and cleaning towel.
The hotel has breakfast every morning and the food is delicious! Same for meals outside of breakfast, though the food can take a while to be ready at times.
The staff is super nice and they go out of their way to make your stay happy, comfortable, and have everything you need. It makes the stay very memorable and begs for future visits.
The spa was also great. Given the discount that they had it was a treat after doing all the activities around town.
Various activities and tours can be book with the hotel - great resources and a time saver.
We (a family of 9) just returned from a 3-night stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel, a boutique hotel away from the busy downtown area. The attention to details is first rate; the staff are very warm, kind and eager to help you with anything you need for a truly memorable stay. I was most impressed by Ms. Sochin who helped me locate a local dentist to tend to my mother acute tooth pain. She called the dental clinic, arranged a tuk-tuk and I was able to get my mother seen, treated and be back in the hotel within 1 hour before our dinner reservation. Truly impressive hotel and amazing staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Of special note was Sochin, who worked at the front desk and went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. She was exceptionally helpful in arranging tours, transportation or anything else we needed. The buffet breakfast and menu items were very good. Highly recommended.
Wonderful hotel. Excellent daily breakfast and superb lunch. I ate lunch there 5/7 days after returning from temples. Nice pool, really clean. Staff amazing. Tuktuk driver on standby at all times. A wonderful 2km walk to Pub St. with plenty of area to see on the way there. Safe and wider roads than most Asian cities. Would highly recommend. Seth (front desk) spent 20 minutes with me on arrival. I had many questions she could answer. I charged food and airport transportation to my room and paid on last day with card. The temples of Siem Reap are really wonderful and you are allowed to wander almost anywhere without supervision. Very nice.
