Location is good. During our stay we walking to the night market & pub street. There are some restaurants, massage shops, laundry shops, groceries shop on the same street. Less than 30 minuets to arrive airport by Tuk tuk with $9. Other comments: basic amenities given, door lock of room is little bit difficult to handle, receptionist with minimum understanding of English but still acceptable, hairdryer & slippers not provided as listed in hotels.com, room make up signage place on door outside door always being blown by wind & caused noisy or keep dropping on floor (anyway you need to manually inform reception counter on room make up request), housekeeping team can be better & standard housekeeping guidelines needed as during our stay it happened that room kept done but without refilling free water, detergent left in room & my hair oil missing which I suspected they threw it. All guest must be returned the room keys to reception counter before you go out & collect it when you come back as the hotel staff said the proximity card is easy broken and expensive. There was only 1 day we woke up late a bit around 9am there were a few staffs came to fix or clean the room beside us which they spoke loud & mop the window loudly. The light outside the room (corridor) is linked with our room electric control meaning if we take off the room card, during night or early in the morning is too dark for us to see the lock. All the staff are loverly. Used the hotels tuk tuk driver for a day trip around Angkor etc ($16) which was great. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment. Room was clean but did have a couple of cockroaches and the WiFi was intermittent( fine by the pool though) Pool was quite small but very clean and warm. Tours all knew where to find the hotel. Great AC. Nice to have a private balcony. This is amazing value for money!! Huge rooms with balconies, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved breakfast by the pool each morning and the fresh baked french bread was fabulous. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes walk from Pub Street but away from the noise. The owner, Nadège, was also very friendly and accommodating. Secteur calme mais pas trop eloigné du centre touristique (10min a pied) Le personnel est très agréable et serviable (réservation, location possible sur place) La propriétaire est francaise ce qui peut etre pas mal pour s'oter un doute dû à un anglais un peu bancal. Spotlessly clean - tastefully decorated, super comfortable and worth every cent. Building seems quite new & it’s situated in a great location. Room serviced daily. Breakfast was good. Although they don’t do lunch or dinner The only thing missing in the room was hairdryers. The Sleeping Angkor exceeded all expectations and became my home away from home during my 6-nights' stay. The room is very big, spotless and of a beautiful modern design. I enjoyed my little private terrace as much as hanging out by the pool. Staff is nice and very helpful and the location is superb (quiet, away from the crowds, but just a short walk to Pub Street etc)! Breakfast that is included gets a bit boring after a while, but there are other options at a surcharge. All in all this is the BEST PLACE I stayed at during my entire trip in Cambodia and I would love to come back as soon as possible. Our room was lovely and spacious and the pool area nice. The breakfast was good however be aware that when the staff ask if you’d like more coffee you’ll actually be charged (albeit not much) when you check out. Only criticism would be that there was a huge problem with mosquitos around the hotel especially in the bar area. I’d suggest that something is done to reduce the number. And also there seemed to be some kind of shortage of toilet paper! The rooms are huge and feel quite luxurious, and we especially enjoyed the pool area which caught the sun from mid morning right through the whole afternoon. The area was perfect too, a few streets over from the night market and a short stroll to pub street yet very quiet in the evenings. Nous y avons été parfaitement accueillis, la chambre est très chaleureuse et bien équipée. A l'arrière de l'hôtel, la piscine vous permettra de vous rafraîchir après une journée de visite des temples, à moins que vous ne préfériez la terrasse attenante et ses hamacs. Les gérants français nous ont proposé un tuktuk driver très agréable pour découvrir Angkor.
