Welcome to the Maurer Farm! Our farm is a family-run agricultural operation with pastureland and a dairy herd—currently seven dairy cows—which we took over in July 2025. We’re located about 7 kilometres from the centre of Siegsdorf, on a hillside at an elevation of about 790 metres in a very quiet setting. On the second floor of our farmhouse, there’s a cosy, rustic holiday apartment that sleeps 5 people. In addition, we can offer you a completely renovated, modern holiday apartment for 6 people on the ground floor of our beautiful home. We also welcome four-legged guests! Spend a relaxing holiday in our spacious holiday rental—completely renovated in 2025/2026—located on the ground floor of our home. Spanning approximately 70 square metres, you’ll find modern and comfortable accommodation for 2 to 6 people—ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups. The heart of the apartment is the cosy kitchen-living room with a dining area and a comfortable couch. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you could need, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The holiday rental offers three separate bedrooms: - A spacious double bedroom with a sink, satellite TV, and balcony access - A cosy bedroom with a 1.40-meter bed, satellite TV, and balcony access - Another double bedroom with satellite TV and balcony access The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A built-in radio provides pleasant entertainment and a relaxing start to the day. Our health resort, Siegsdorf, is located in the heart of the Chiemgau region, nestled between mountains and lakes. In just 10 minutes, you’ll reach the Hochfelln cable car; in 20 minutes, the beautiful “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee; and in just 35 minutes, you’ll reach the city of Salzburg. Here, you’ll enjoy a peaceful yet central location in the Chiemgau region.
