"Our first assigned room, we couldn’t adjust the temp on the heating/cooling unit, so we were given a different room. Only then did we realize that the temp control was on the wall, not on the AC unit itself. The insert covering those controls had been missing. The front desk staff was accommodating , albeit a bit curt about it. She could’ve eliminated the need to change rooms by simply making sure we knew the controls were on the wall. We were looking forward to some time in the hot tub, but...

"I had not stayed here in over 5 years -- the facility is still somewhat old and dated, but it is significantly cleaner than I recall from days gone by -- the heating in my room was excellent and the carpets were especially clean -- overall it was just a more "upbeat" establishment and a good value for the money !"
