"Bad treatment from the receptionist upon arrival, the air conditioning is very bad, the bathroom is very bad, an additional accommodation tax is equivalent to 5 US dollars per day, there is no official uniform for the hotel, the most beautiful thing I found is the honesty of the cleaning staff and the receptionist in the morning, comfortable bed,"

"I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business."

"Disaster! This place doesn't exist!!! Total rip off by Expedia! When I checked later, there was another Expedia hotel with the same address, also doesn't exist. I confirmed with locals. Be careful booking in Marrakesh, the cheap places don't exist or cancel on you, taking your money, even on Expedia / airbnb, fake reviews & photos"

"Such a beautiful and relaxing location, I wish we had a few more days here to enjoy kayaking and other activities the hotel offers. The pool is not heated but looked very inviting for the warmer months. About 1 hr to Ouzoud waterfalls. Super restful. The grounds were beautiful and full of lovely floral and woodsy smells. Location has an excellent restaurant on site and staff was very kind and attentive. I recommend showering very quickly as the water did get cold. No other complaints, would definitely return."
