Clean basic rooms, funky art work. Excellent breakfast and service from all the staff.
Staff really need to learn how to promote the business. We had free Spa vouchers that i forgot about and they could of offered us this and to grab a massage. With the excellent food on offer upsell the lunch or dinner...when we tried to get a table they were fully booked rather than offer when we checked in

It is hotel for the kids due to the sports and all activities. Don’t expect great service and luxury. The included food is average and only the good food could be found at the restaurants you pay. The staff is not completely fluent in English so if you order something expect receiving the incorrect order for example ordering a drink could be challenging unless is something straight forward like a Beer. The fact that the kids enjoy it balances out a bit. In our opinion given the price it is not worth it. If you are going to give it a try we suggest no more than a week or 5 days.

We were here for the second week of a two week Italian vacation. Resort was breathtaking. Well maintained and served our needs as we had hoped. Morning breakfast buffet is included and did not disappoint. Everything from smoothies plenty of fruit dairy and breads. Omelette station was very good. My only disappointment was the very overpriced dinner buffet. We stayed in one night and for $70 a person not including drinks the value received for the fee was poor at best. I would suggest anyone staying here to walk the 1 mile to the marina and pick one of the two excellent restaurants. We ate at Delia three times and for $60 we got a three course meal with desert and two drinks for $60. Much better value. Other than that this resort is outstanding.

Rooms very basic - only 1 plug in room for tv behind furniture so not easy for charging. Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior). The bathroom has no proper ventilation. We arrived and had only towels for one person. The breakfast room and indeed all of the downstairs lobby had no fresh air. I opened the doors twice during the breakfast to try to let some oxygen in but the two people serving breakfast closed them both times. ...
