The staff were great. The maintenance and upkeep was poor. Things worked but, for example, the walls would be patched and not repainted. The property is older. For the area it's ok. The location is right around the corner from the market and 7/11.

The resort itself is picturesque but deep down it needs some renovations especially in the rooms . I got to stay in 4 different rooms over a 3 weeks there & all but the final room had issues of one kind or another. The staff are very friendly and that was the standcout of my visit there .

Very good to stay every employee very helpful and friendly the hot water needs improvement but overall I recommend it mall and taxi available

So, this is hard. The hotel itself is amazing, clean great staff situated in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do. The breakfast was delicious amazing options every morning. Got lucky enough to get a 50% off buffet the were promoting inside the hotel. Delicious so much to choose from couldn't eat everything. Waiters and waitress were amazing helpful chefs cooked bacon to order if asked. 100% amazing presentation the staff seemed to always be cleaning the hotel which is awesome. Now, the wifi lost connection more than I can count but when connected it ran fast, but I was kicked off/no connection/reenter your password more than what it should be. There was a rat(s) inside the wall room 314 could clearly hear them.
