I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was not good from the beginning. When I checked in, I was told that my room would be ready within 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours. After I finally got into the room, I discovered that the refrigerator was not working and the shower hose was also broken. These issues caused a lot of inconvenience and negatively affected my stay. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I expected much better service and room maintenance from the hotel.

OMG - what a mistake - never normally book these sort of resorts but as I had to do a course nearby I thought my wife could relax there for the day. How best to describe - like what I would expect at a Russian Disney World. Terrible dated rooms, worst beds ever in our many, many travels. Basically a big block of soft foam. Aircon old and noisy, control panel lights up small room all night. Plumbing noisy. Tired, tired fittings and furnishings. Reception area modern - rest 1970’s drab. Worse to come was buffet - truly the worst eating experience we have had in Croatia and only buffet we have ever had that you had to pay for ALL liquids - water or anything - made no sense at all. Food was school diner standard at best. Poor choices and junk quality. Please ignore the 5 star reviews you see - they are not written by genuine guests - hand on heart this was the worst stay we have had anywhere in Europe - not worth wasting one day of your precious holiday time. Staffed by many non nationals and nationals alike that try hard but are constrained by a crazy management ethos of cheap and nasty. Will be a long time forgetting that experience.

Pool area and the surroundings was ok. The hotel room was very poor. They use silver tape to fix things like shower and balcony door. The balcony railing was rotten (and we had children with us ). The Aquapark was not finnished despite all pictures and promotions. They had also closed the section for small children

Très bien pour l’hôtel. Médiocre pour la chambre

Très bel hôtel avec un très beau service. Salle de jeux pour enfants, belles piscines (attention eau salée). Environnement de l’hôtel très beau et propre. Plage à proximité. Points negatif: chambre très très vieillote mais fonctionnelle et confortable. Transat à la piscine et plage payant en supplément. Parc aquatique payant (35€). Petit déjeuner assez cher (20€/pers) mais très complet et varié
