8.6/10 Excellent! (40 reviews)
Overall, we had a good stay, but the room description was very misleading. We specifically booked a room listed as having “2 twin beds” for a business trip, but were given one queen bed and a sofa instead. The sofa bed wasn’t even prepared, so we had to make it ourselves. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries in the bathroom. The room description and amenities should be more accurate.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (229 reviews)
There was a lot of noise from the street, and sound insulation between rooms was not great. The bathroom was awkward, no real door, just some glass door, and the sink was in the bedroom. The bathroom smelled. I had the feeling the room was designed by someone who doesn't travel much. So, not a place I would visit again. And for this price, quite disappointing.
However, staff was very friendly and professional.
