Comfortable resort hotel, with a lovely onsen (hot springs), 3 indoor & 1 outdoor pool, sauna etc! Lovely views. Peaceful location in the hills, golf course. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport. All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Better for earlier risers as breakfast finishes at 9:30 and checkout is 10am... Take everything you need as it's in the middle of countryside so it's not easy to pop out unless you have your own car. Better book the full meals plan.

The building is beautiful but quite outdated. The carpets in the hallway on our floor were very old and stained. Hotel has a direct access door to the big mall resides on its 3rd and 4th floor and extends to the adjacent shopping center. Various food options in the shopping center. The room does not have usb outlet but kept clean. No air vent in bathroom. Ocean view was great. However somehow the cleaning process last pretty long. We checked in around 3pm, until almost 8 pm , the hallway occupied with two cleaning carts, towels, and amenities. There were several unoccupied rooms on our floor had no lights but left the room doors opened as we walked by towards our room. Breakfast was pricey.
