"Very well presented hotel with room size bigger than expected. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is 150m from train station, it is very convenient."

"I was quite happy with the stay. The room had a slightly damp smell but it was clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. It's ok that they couldn't find the eye mask, but they should at least give some response. This is disappointing. "

"New upscale hotel with great location, wide vareity of breKfast selections and helpful staff. We selected this hotel last minute after the earthquake changed our plans. We had a wonderful stay and gladly stay there again."

"Stay for one night before heading to Alishan. The stay is pleasant and comfortable. I stay on level 5 beside the lift and is really quiet. Staff are nice and location is very close to the bus stop in front of Chiayi TRA I’m taking to Alishan. I managed to deposit my luggage here while I take a carry on to Alishan."
