Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport
We did not receive any room cleaning, had to request for clean towels all day Saturday. Checked in on Thursday, checked out Sunday, elevated prices for Conference that weekend. Never again!!

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
Majority of the staff was rude and inconsiderate. The hotel was not prepared for the convention that I was there for. They were understaffed.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Shreveport Airport
The stay here was great. From the time we walked in the staff greeted us and was super helpful about the check in and out process. The room was clean and cozy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place.
