I asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels delivered. We were out most of the day but after arriving back at 8 pm housekeeping still hadn’t come. They didn’t come until after 9pm and by that time we were ready for bed.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
We were there for a conference and the room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 5:30 and room wasn’t ready until 7:30. No accommodations were made. There was no iron in the room, the TV didn’t work either. Was not a good experience. And we felt like they didn’t care.
