"The only issues I had were - my bathroom door had a giant hole in it, like it had been kicked or something. And it was dirty, the bathroom door. It had a white powdery substance on it. My sheets also had hair on them, it looked like dog hair and long blonde hair. "

"I booked two king suites, I was given two king rooms. Not the same value, not the same thing. The desk clerk would do nothing to remedy the situation. The rooms were awful. They were not clean, the water was brown and unusable, the Wi-Fi was not free, the outlets near the bed didn't work, the breakfast was also terrible. Please do not waste your money. Find somewhere else! This hotel is not habitable. You can get something so much better for cheaper."

"The staff was so polite. This was a girls trip and we used the pool & hot tub. The pool water was actually warm. I would recommend this place"

"The room was spacious and we would definitely recommend it. We had to wait awhile to check in and the process seemed a bit rushed like the attendant had something else to do. Didn’t leave best first impression but overall, everything else was great. The breakfast, the cleanliness of the room. Water pressure/showerhead wasn’t the greatest but again overall it was a great experience."

"Everything was good other than smelling cigarette smoke outside of our room. This is suppose to to be a smoke free resort. So we were very disappointed with that. I have migraines and the smoke triggered it for me to have a migraine. 😥"

"Clean room as expected, being part of the honors! The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It was like it only had one shower with warm water. The hot water out of the sink was hotter than the shower. My 11-year-old son and wife ended up taking cold showers because there were none! When we checked out, I notified the front desk of the issue, and, being a part of the honors, I was disappointed in the fact that my son and wife had to take cold showers at a HILTON! I expected better! I will be coming back to the Wooster area in the future because my daughter is a student at OSU ATI right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn! I hope that the issue gets fixed for the next member who stays in room 103! "

"We had an amazing stay at Landoll’s Castle. It’s a beautiful property and the staff was very attentive, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Some of the furniture in our suite was worn or broken, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We can’t wait to go back!"
