I have traveled to these Asian Countries, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali, Philippine, Japan, S Korea, Thailand. I just got back from Taiwan, the staff that worked register for Resturant and covered down on Starbucks was completely rude and disrespectful. If this hotel says this is a international speaking hotel that's a lie. The breakfast and elevators are a night mare when they have 1000 high schoolers staying there. If you have children I don't recommend staying cause it can take 30 minutes to get to your room especially when 5 busses show up with guest all checking in. I also had to wait 2 hours after my check in time to get my room. Do you know how that feels when traveling with a 2 1/2 yr old Autistic child who needed a quite space to calm him down and nap.

The only regret is that I booked a non-smoking room and the room also has "non-smoking" sign, however I can still smell the cigaratte tar, this was not only unhealthy but also made me unconfortable.
