Pick up/drop facility to temple was worse. Only hot water was available in day time and we changed room. New room had only cold water, no hot water. Bed sheets and blankets were not clean.

Ideal place for darshan
Amazing place. Ideal for a trip to Shirdi for darshan. The hotel is fully immersed into the whole Shirdi experience.

Good hotel! Need more service orientation
The hotel provided a standard double occupancy room for a booking for 3 adults. There was no provision for an extra bed in the room. We had to raise it with the front desk after which they changed us to a triple occupancy room. We went there with another family which had a senior citizen and the hotel failed to provide a wheel chair. It was only after insisting that they provided one. Hotel was otherwise big, spacious, neat and had beautiful, serene temples inside. One could meditate at peace there.
