Before booking I called to confirm if they have elevator because my grandfather can't climb stairs and the person told me yes they do have and they will make sure they provide room close to elevator. When we went the receptionist said they don't have any elevator and they don't have any rooms on ground floor either and they cannot do anything about it. Ultimately I had to find another hotel at midnight with my family which was so stressful and difficult as most of the hotels were full.

Terrible experience checking in and checking out
Bed size mentioned on my booking (king and double) dint match what was given ( double and single). 3 person per room hotel rule is ridiculous when an average family has 4 people. Felt like this is scheme to charge families extra cost. Manager dint bother to explain why my room dint have a king bed and double bed, instead started to blame me 4 makin wrong booking. Check out was a nightmare as hotel dint have eftpos machine, paytm dint work. Only cash accepted. Was asked to go get cash. Few good things-- hotel was reasonably clean, close to temple, staff were friendly
double and single bed
