- Welcome to Valley View Retreat, a three-bedroom residence located just outside of Shippensburg and only 20 minutes from Chambersburg, this beautiful retreat is the perfect spot for your visit to the area! Recently renovated and improved, this family-friendly property is both stylish and convenient, with a full-size, well-stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms, including one ensuite to a bedroom, a private deck, fast Wi-Fi, a 50` smart TV, hotel-style linens, and parking for up to 3 vehicles!
The Valley View Escape is a beautiful, comfortable property with lots of reason to enjoy it! Here`s why you`ll love your stay here!
Kitchen: Fully stocked, ready for warming up some takeout, or cooking up a four-course meal, a full set of spices, coffee and creamers, Keurig Duo, and a French Press if you like your coffee a little fancy!
Living room: A cheerful living room furnished with a leather couch, a 50” Smart TV, board games and books, and extra blankets if you want to get cozy!
Bedroom 1: A master-sized bedroom with a comfortable queen bed fitted with hotel-style fresh linens and pillows, and a private, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: A queen bed, with hotel-style fresh linens and pillows.
Bedroom 3: A large bedroom with a twin bed and a bunk bed all with hotel-style fresh linens and pillows. Perfect for the kids!
Bathrooms: Modern bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a bath/shower combo, and fresh towels.
Laundry closet: Modern washer and dryer, along with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.
Deck: A private deck with an egg chair, and a small outdoor living room, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
- If bringing a pet, please be sure to pay the necessary pet fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fine.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
