"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations. "

"This resort was beautiful and offered so much to do, including daily activities for lazy days at the resort. Rooms were clean and spacious and it was nice to have easy access to the pools. The staff were mostly friendly but there were some rude staff at the Copa Loca bar which was disappointing. Overall the trip was incredible and that had a lot to do with this resort."

"You have to pay $25.00 a day per person for the waterpark, and you have to pay to use the boats. Not all pools had music or an open bar for drinks and food. Also had three out of 7 days that our AC was not keeping up. "

"The pool area was fabulous! It was spread out so you are not on top of each other. They wait on you so you don’t need to get up. Lazy river was nice to float around in. Rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"Absolute Gem of a Hotel. I'm so glad I was able to give this experience to my wife and two kids. We had gotten a hotel room with a normal view but at the counter the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view of the Epic Universe Park; this made all the difference to us. We were able to appreciate the park views in the morning as we woke up and in the evening when the light show turned on. The lobby restaurant is 5 stars all the way. The convenience of being in the Epic Universe park was incomparable. Worth every penny!"

The location was convenient for getting around Orlando and close to attractions and restaurants, which made traveling with my daughter much easier.
