Fun home great for family gatherings. Minutes from the beaches. The BnB is 2200 sq ft top floor of 2 story house. Access the private upper deck and living space by an outside stairway or through a wheelchair accessible elevator. 4 bedrooms surround private central common area. The central area has a kitchen, media area, pool table, Foosball and separate desk. Multiple beds in every room can comfortably sleep up to 16. 2 Full baths. WIFI available.

The space
Plenty of off street private parking up to a total of 6 cars. The B and B is the entire top floor of a 2 story home. Our residence is the bottom floor.
Guest access
Guests have full private use of the top floor of house. Access to the living space is by private elevator or outside private stairway. Hosts live on bottom floor of the house. The only common area is the backyard swimming pool. Guests have use of the backyard pool. The upstairs private space is about 2200 sq. ft.

House is about 10 minute drive to Gulf of Mexico beaches.
