Will was the best with great sense of humor. Helped us with all our questions and needs! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Located close to train station for quick access. Highly recommend. Our stay was from July 28 to August 6, 2026.

Expedia has the room at 322 sq ft but it’s more like ~200 sq ft. I booked it because of the 322 sq ft in Tokyo but it was so much smaller than that. Didn’t measure it but I’m 100% sure it’s not 322.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always available. No complaints there.
Overall, the room was ok and not bad. I enjoyed the convenience of its location and cleanliness of the room.

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

"初めてのグランピングでしたが、なんて楽なんだろうと思いました。 晩御飯は、大変美味しく、食べきれないほどの量がありました。 お風呂がもう少し充実していると、なお良い気もしますが、キャンピング施設 なので、十分なのかもしれません。 グリルの使い方がわからないとき、スタッフの方々も、丁寧に教えてくださいました。 また、宿泊したいなと思います。"
