Overall, I had a good stay! I did have to clean some hair out of the shower and the night stands were dusty. The pool area was really nice and the restaurant had great food

The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I ordered breakfast one morning, and it was delicious. The food was fresh, well prepared, and arrived promptly. Overall, it was a great experience

Our first room was missing the fridge and the ac chipped in like a roaring steam engine which made sleeping difficult. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and ended up with another room that had the fridge and a quiet ac. I was not aware until then that the ac wasn’t the same in all rooms. Had I known I would have requested to switch from the first room. We discovered that the tax charged on our dining at the lobby restaurant was way above what it should be. When brought to the managers attention he claimed he was unaware and could not adjust his system. After much back and forth he ultimately gave us a small credit despite my insistence that I was more interested in an explanation and assurance that it would be fixed so unsuspecting guests won’t be overcharged. On one bill with only 2 drinks the tax rate was over 17% on the one with our meals it was over 13%. Upon consulting Google the tax rate at restaurants are 8.25% for food and 9.25% for alcohol so it seems there’s an up charge at the lobby restaurant which should be itemized on the bill and it’s not and no one seems to know why that is. It was otherwise a decent property. Parking is steep at $30/night though.
