Pets are not allowed at this property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Smoking outside may take place only with all doors and windows closed, all cigarette butts must be disposed of directly into the outside trash cans. No bachelor or bachelorette parties or other “drinking focus“ parties. No large groups for everyone or most people are 30 years of age or younger.
