About this property

Old Schoolyard Cottage - a short walk from the seafront, town centre and coastal path.

  • Just a moments' walk from the seafront and town centre, this individual corner cottage a charming brick and flint period cottage with a character all of its own. Enjoy a walk along the coastal path or the cliffs high above the town. Ground floor: Lounge: sofas, TV and DVD player. Dining room: leading to Kitchen: with electric hob and cooker, larder fridge and freezer, microwave with door leading to courtyard. The rear porch area houses a spin drier, freezer, beach chairs and a windbreak but is also suitable for storing bikes etc.
    First floor: Double bedroom with chest of draws, wardrobe and dressing table. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of draws and wash basin. Family Bathroom: with shower-over bath, wash basin and WC.
    Please note: There is off-road parking for one average sized car, on the concrete pad in front of the cottage and a long-stay car park 100 meters up Cliff Road for additional vehicles or visitors. Amenities: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Regret no pets. This property has an additional £15.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.WiFi available. Location: beach 250 metres, pubs and shops a 2-minute stroll.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only.
