"Clean room and helpful staff. We were a bit put off by the large spots in the carpet. It appeared to have been cleaned but I would suggest replacement. Breakfast was pleasant with a separate room for dining. We were surprised that it was a motel, we were not expecting that and it was not clear in the property description."

"We loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. Very clean, close to activities, shopping, places to eat, and the mineral baths. The host was very helpful through the booking process. Would definitely stay again if we travel to South Dakota again!! Five Stars!!!"

"What a wonderful stay I had at Fall River Suites. It exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was perfect! The unit was fully equipped to fully accommodate a short stay. Excellent location in downtown Hot Springs, with a beautiful park right across the street. Custer State Park and other natural wonders are just about 30 minutes away. I will come back and stay there again."

The listing also stated that there would be a welcome basket for us when we got there and it wasn’t. Over a good experience, but I just wish the communication was heightened and that the promises in the listing were fulfilled."
