Staff appeared not well trained but willing to help. Very little English spoken was not a major problem for our party as it included Chinese speaking individuals, but could make things difficult for non Chinese speaking travelers. Hotel was clean, room small and basic but OK, breakfast nice (but mostly Chinese food, little western food choices), not included in room rate but still good value for the price. Location conveniently located near interurban bus lines, actually within walking distance of Longhua bus stop.
