It’s a lovely hotel in good location but the facilities is a bit dated and not maintained properly. Restaurant is not big enough for an upscale hotel like this. It cannot accommodate all the guests who came down for breakfast. We had to wait about 15 minutes before we could get a table. This Ritz had great service but the room itself is not that well maintained. My biggest gripe is the ventilation in my room (which was upgraded for free to the executive level) was poor. When I entered into the room there was a musty smell. The room was on the warm side throughout the night even though I cranked temperature down to 19C. Very spacious room and bedroom. I got the room on Expedia for a good price so overall it was a good stay.
