We went to the hotel after dinner and asked for slippers and dental kits... we ended up having to wait for more than an hour to receive them... we called house keeping couple times and were told that they only have one staff working that evening and there were many requests... (really, for a Le Meridien??) The next day we went for breakfast, and the first thing the receptionist is not to try to get us seats but to ask us to pay without even being seated down... we paid and then there were no seats and we ended up waiting for more than 15mins to get our seat... I would suggest anyone to check if there are seats first before paying so to not waste your time... Then at around 10:30am in the morning while we were working... the room has a power outage and blackout... I went downstairs to ask what happened and they just unapologetically and casually say that its maintenance as if it is just a regular occurrence... we ended up waiting more than 30mins in the dark...
