You advertised the room is 83 sq meter on your web and I end up with a room which is less than 20 sq meter !! Your customer service who are all from India can’t even understand the difference between sq meter and sq feet ! they lie about making a call to the hotel which they have never do so with me alone standing at the front desk at 1 a.m. !! 算是我住過最差的深圳酒店

第一次入住，房間，床都可以，但廁所完全不行，淋浴間沒有浴簾，沒有擋水條，已經控制住動作去洗澡，但水還是流到整個廁所都是，設計完全不合理！除了這個，有個更離譜，就是吃完早餐一出來，見到一個穿制服的人員隨地吐痰！！完全不能接受，還是自己家員工！！沒有衞生意識，剛剛才從疫情走出來就什麼都忘了嗎？？
