They did give me a better room and breakfast each day! New room was clean. The hotel staff spoke very little english and when leaving i asked them to tell the taxi to the futian fast rain and they told him to take me to the port area. Grand Skyline offers excellent services. The check-in service is efficient, and the two booked rooms are adjusted to the same floor. Thanks for the staff help. Later, I want to stay an extra night. Yongqi (Una) Chen at the front desk was very considerate and patiently assisted me. She also gave me the most favorable price and helped on all the requirements. My parents hung clothes in their room, and the cleaning lady took the initiative to bring in a cloth-drying-rack when she saw it. It was really considerate. I would be happy if Andy take place manager job because he does great job and when I was checking out Andy was on day off and I didn't get great service , wanted to change my Australia dollar one girl she was looking computer na seven dint look was telling go out change money and she was doing nothing but attitude was not acceptable . House keeping staffs are great and I need to say one great thing about this hotel the breakfast area clean and tidy ! After all I recommend this hotel only if staffs are good in attitude like Andi.
