Black Mold in the bathroom. Carpets were not clean. Wifi was super slow. shower curtain broke off and fell a day before I was leaving. One of the lamp plugs was broken with wires exposed and was live. Luckily I noticed it and unplugged it. Reception desk barely spoke any english (Yes I know I was in another country, but if it's a sheraton name and they're catering to foreign visitors, they should have at least a couple people that understand the language). Translation apps were hard to use for specific questions. Had to figure it out myself. staff was all young kids (Teenagers, or barely in their 20s and had no idea what I was asking for). There was only one guy named Bruce that was helpful, but I was on my own when he was not working. Other than breakfast, the food was not good at all. The lobby restaurant had limited options.
