The rooms are clean, bed is perfect, bathroom was clean and includes a small kitchen. Still quite close to the nearest metro station so prepare for the long subway ride. My main disappointment was that the bathroom was not in very good condition when I arrived (after midnight, so my assumption is I was not expected) however on subsequent days the room was kept clean by the friendly aunties. They provide a stove, but no cooking equipment.
