Ignorance, incompetence, and shady practices. I arrived late at night and they told me my room was under repair. I said just give me a different room, and they said they couldn't do that--I would have to cancel the room and upgrade to a new room, and pay upfront. I did that, haven't received my refund on the canceled room yet, and the replacement room smelled like mold. And do far this has been the one with the best value for money. Its clean, and the furniture is not worn down. With one of those thing usualy being an issue elsewhere at that price. If you just need a place to sleep for a night or two. i would highly recommend this place. Dont bother with the breakfeast though. The buffet consisted of factory made baozi, some not so fresh noodles, watermelon, and bread you could toast...while there were both butter and one kind of jam.
