The trains were fast and the system efficient. The staff as far as one or two knew some English, showed us the various locations and which train to catch. The pool and gym is nice, but due to a foot injury, I could not use them but if we go to Shenzhen again I would stay at this hotel. If the standard is dropped to two stars, everything with this hotel is overpriced and overrated. i was hopeful that this hotel would improve after my last stay but now, I have completely gave up my hope. I will NOT stay in this hotel again. Old equipment in the gym, but still possible to use. If you wanted to use a glass, spoon etc in the kitchen department in the room, you had to pay rent for it. I ate food in the restaurant and became sick (stomoch) for the first time in my life in China(more than hundred visits) Could have been the water they served. I asked if it was purified and of course they said "totally safe..."
