The location is in downtown & close to the railway station and in downtown. I stayed at the hotel recently for 3 days. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when I complained that I had lost something in the room, they scanned the security cameras, got their security to turn the place inside out and even went to the extent of calling over the cops. Eventually, much to my embarrassment, I discovered that I had misplaced the object. The staff were courteous enough to overlook my mistake pretending that it never happened. This is professional hospitality business at its best.
