Totally redone 1920s home minutes from Historic Downtown Shelby
Spacious rooms, high ceilings and transom topped doors maintain the charm of the home
Large kitchen with all the amenities.
Laundry features front loading washer, dryer and washing supplies
Separate dining room and a large comfy sitting, lounging room complete w gas log fireplace and 55” tv
4 bedrooms including main floor master suite With queen bed and comfy chairs. TV
Main floor bedroom/office w pull out sofa bed and linens and a desk
2nd floor 2 twin beds in bedroom to left
