Three levels with bedrooms and baths on each level, comfortable furnishings, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, "the mill" is well equipped for your getaway enjoyment. A picnic table and gas grill are provided to make that outdoor get together special. The house sits on 2 plus acre grounds alongside a year round stream just 2 miles from the Village of Shelburne Falls. There is a lovely enclosed porch next to a babbling creek. The yard is spacious. We ultimately realized that the pool that is mentioned is not on property but across the road at a recreation center.
