"Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, licht-durchflutet, liebevoll eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist für Aktivitäten in Nord-West Schotland ideal. Von der Küche aus sieht man ein kleines Stück des Atlantiks.Der Spar-Markt liegt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung - so nah hatten wir es noch nie zum Einkaufen.Die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sofort da, wenn man Unterstützung braucht.Zusammengefasst: Wenn ich noch einmal in diese Region komme, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder bei Mairi buchen."

"The Croft is well equipped for its size and set in a fantastic location. It was perfect for our short family break and an ideal base to explore this beautiful area. Lyall is a great host and I would highly recommend."

"Lovely, spacious rooms and delightful staff. Dinner menu was fantastic and we took up the offer for packed lunches (sandwich, yoghurt, crisps and delicious rocky road) for our continuing NC500 journey which were excellent and very inexpensive. Loved the laid back atmosphere, we felt comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend! "

"This pod is bigger than it looks we were over the moon. Unfortunately we were only staying one night . In the morning we had 8 deer in the field opposite our pod. Excellent welcome pack with milk and breakfast items plus 4 eggs. We wished we had been staying longer"

"House was nice and clean, stocked with some of the basics you like to find (salt& pepper, washing liquids etc). The hosts made contact and offered to light the fire for our arrival which we were grateful for having got rather wet in the morning. We were also able to do a load of laundry before continuing our road trip. The local was a bit of a hidden gem being in between the Lochs, the access by harbour was great and our boys really enjoyed having the place to themselves for a while. It was a very welcome stop"

"What a fantastic location, we had an amazing week at Hillside Cottage. The cottage itself is basic, and could benefit from a few little extras/refresh to make it more cosy, but it was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Wifi was better than expected. It was the perfect base for us to explore the spectacular scenery in the area. Will definitely visit again."

"The location of the house is great and the view of the bay is simply magical, especially in the sunshine.However, the cleanliness left something to be desired.In addition, some repairs were needed. There were windows that should not be opened. In the upstairs bedroom (the one with the shower), there was no hot water during the entire stay. At the end of the stay, the window in this bedroom no longer closed properly. "
