The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was exceptionally, clean and welcoming. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for repair and was the washer and dryer.

There was nothing wrong with the breakfast. It was fresh and hot. The breakfast attendant was there the whole time replenishing items. I just wanted something like pancakes or waffles. Again nothing wrong with the breakfast I just didnt like what they offered.

It was fine. I liked the layout of the king bedroom with the separate sitting area. The placement of the soap and lotion in the bathroom are not convenient, and it could use another safety bar in the tub/shower.

Great room, really clean a little smaller for a suite size. Bathroom was clean and same for shower, good size TV, and king size bed. Only bad thing was the matress seemed pretty old and I could feel the springs and woke up with some back aches. WIfi was great for the my wife doing her school assignments and classes from the room.

We watched a girl cut yer foot on the bottom of the pool, the breakfast needs to be expanded and have more options. Room was fantastic, extremely clean. The grounds were a little worse for wear. The fence.on the south side of the property was completely covered in trash, trashcans outside were full.

On a reservation, we requested a double bed. When we arrived, we got a single king and a couch. That was fine. We went to make the bed on the couch and it was 100% disgusting. I stripped everything off of there and took it downstairs. The staff did have a package of clean bedding for me, but only had one pillow to use with no option of getting any other pillows. They were out that’s fine. We ended up giving one of the pillows off of the big bed to the kids. There was no body soap in the shower or shampoo. I had filled out a survey upon arrival of how it was in the general manager gave me a call immediately. I expressed my concerns and she had house cleaning come up and fill the bottles. I appreciated the communication. The beds were comfortable. I did not like the showerhead. That’s just my opinion. The air worked great. No concerns for safety, great location.
