"I’ve been staying at the Doubletree (this location) for over 10 years, but this was definitely my last visit! Upon arrival I had already did a check in on my phone. They still require me to come to front desk, but when I got into the hotel, the lobby was filled with people trying to check in so there was a wait, once I got onto the elevator to head to my room, I noticed that it was going very slow about 30 minutes into my trip there I went down to get ice from the ice machine. I got on the elevator to head back to my room. The elevator went up about 10 floors and then, I heard a message saying elevator is shutting down. The lights went dark and it just stopped!!! Two other guest was on with me. We were stuck on the elevator for about 40 minutes. We were unable to call for emergency help once the elevator shut down. I had to call the front lobby with my phone, she was nice but she was not helpful. She said she would let the maintenance man know to reset the elevator. She did stay on the phone until the maintenance guy found us. Oce the elevator started back she just hung up on me no compensation no sorry! I will definitely not stay here again!"

"Good location, kinda noisy, amenities included a small bar of soap and some towels. I will say the bed was comfortable. Parking was very well lit, I think to ward off possible theft or vandalism."

"The room was maintained in a pristine condition, and the air conditioning functioned exceptionally well. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the breakfast was quite satisfying. "

"By far the worse hotel i’ve ever seen, the building literally looks like it’s been abandoned, the sign is not even up where it should be, as soon as you walk into the lobby you can see the place is really dirty. We get to our room, and we instantly regret ever booking a room there, not even joking, stains on the door itself, stains on the ceiling, stains all over the wall, the bedsheets have a drop a blood, the bed has a few hair strands, the air conditioner literally looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all, and you can literally see black mold in the fridge, and more blood on the curtains. The bathroom is also absolutely disgusting, a piece of toilet just on the floor, the shower also has what appears to be mold in the corners. We left an hour after checking in, we took pics of everything and when we tried to ask for our refund, they said they couldn’t do anything about that, BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EVER!"

"The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

"Staff lied to me no room available e xcept.smoking. waited almost 2 hours for a room.to be available . Did not happen, I asked for a refund. Was told refund would be processed. Received an email yesterday stating refund Denied . So I am paying for room that was not available. "
