"The room was clean, staff were very friendly, and there’s a gift shop that had a lot of toiletries and other necessities. I like that the front desk is staffed 24/7. This place is also only a short drive to an Acadia National Park entrance. I would stay here again."

"Good budget friendly hotel. Rooms are small but neat. Our room seemed to have a "lean" or a slope toward the bathroom. Continental breakfast was as expected - nice simple selection of muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee but i didn't see the parfaits that were noted on the website. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not get the chance to use the pool. Street signage could have been more prominent and it's a touch tricky getting out of the hotel as there's a signal light pretty close by."

"Gorgeous cabin/tiny home in beautiful setting with great information, games and vending plus free laundry. Walk to restaurant and Bass Harbor lighthouse. Assortment of tasty and healthy breakfast options. Host spent considerable time sharing recommendations in area and Acadia with handwritten notes and suggestions. Firepit was perfect evening relaxation. Would definitely book again!"
Charm in the Woods! Find your Peace and Beauty

"The cabin was perfect and so delightful. Super clean, fully stocked with everything you might need plus little so many other thoughtful little touches like board games, s'mores supplies, extra blankets, prepped ready-to-go bonfire, picnic table, a fun radio, and more! All the essentials like Washer/dryer/stove/fridge/soap/towels/trash-bags/etc were there to make things easy and our host Kim was super on top of communication at all times. The cabin inside and out is just such a vibe, and its location on the quiet side of the island was perfect. It's super close to Tremont, Southwest Harbor and Northeast Harbor, and only about 25 minutes away from Bar Harbor, and even less to Acadia. It's super close to Bass Harbor and the Wonderland trail. This side of the island is a lot slower pace than Bar Harbor and we really appreciated that! 10/10 experience for us - I've already recommended the spot to a few friends!"
