"Such a gorgeous property from walking down the entrance to the gardens to the foyer the cosy little snugs everywhere. The room was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. "We stayed in the area for our first three days in Ireland and it was our hub to get around Ballyconneely and Clifdon as well as Galway. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was great. We booked a larger room with a living area and bar and it was great. Rooms were clean and the area was quiet during the evening hours. O'Grady's for dinner next to the water was great. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was great as well as the staff. Great overall exprience at The Twelve Hotel."
