Very good stay

Overall very good stay. Big room, clean, comfy, quiet and convenient. The only issue is the lighting controls in the room. It is difficult to use at first until you figure out what each mode does. I would recommend to the hotel to have a quick room lighting guide for the guests. This would have made it more enjoyable. It's the difference between a 9 to a 10 rating.

The address listed in hotels.com is not correct. The taxi dropped us off at a different hotel because of this. Then the check in took forever because they had to make copies of the passports and visas.

I didnt go there as the hotel didnt come to airport to pick me up at the midnight and didnt want to help at all . So I have to take the train go to my relative in Nanjing in the early morning today. Im very unhappy so I'm asking for refund for 2 nights accomdation！！includes tonight one. I also feel disappointed for you for unhelpful at all

My stay

The floor has streaks on it, smeared not clean. The toilet smelled like urine. I was by the elevators, very noisy. Don't know why there was banging and clunking all night. Also seems their robots to deliver things are noisy making announcements and going over floor surface changes. Reception didn't speak English, but phone translation worked out ok

Es war nur ein Zwischenaufenthalt um auf einen Flug zu warten. Die Zahlung mit Mastercard ergab sich als schwierig. Leider auch kein Restaurant vorhanden, und kein Möglichkeit Essen zu bekommen. Auch keine Hilfe der Angestellten

泊まるだけなら問題ない。歩いて15分くらいのところに食べるところはあります。 空港への無料バスがあり便利。だいたいターミナル1なら15分くらいです。そのあとターミナル2でした。

空港から近いようで遠いホテル

空港から近いと思ったため予約したが、車でないと行けなく周りには何もないところが不便でした。経由泊用だったので私たちは困りませんでしたが、観光で行くなら不便に思うかもしれないです。ホテル自体はとても綺麗で対応も良く、空港送迎が無料で朝食も付いてこの値段はとてもお勧め出来るところです。
