Was pleasantly surprised. Had decided to stay there because it was close to the Kilimanjaro airport and after 17 hrs of traveling to get there and getting in late, was very happy that shuttle drive was on time and Customer service excellent.

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP! To begin with, I want to be clear that this is not about the staff, as they were mostly wonderful. Nor is it about the hotel itself as it was nice. Rather, this about the management and the fact that they will take your money and let you suffer horrible consequences. ..."
