Escape to the solice of Northumberland County and enjoy a stay in the Irish Valley Cottage. This 350 sq ft cottage offers beautiful sceneries, seclusion and solitude. Located near a large pond with a dock, pavilion and hiking trails, the Irish Valley Cottage will no doubt make you unwind and relax. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of cottage, but if there is a need for enough room for a trailer, there is a large parking lot in walking distance. Fishing in the pond is allowed, catch and release only. We look forward to you booking with us!

End of tax season getaway

Loved the property and such a lovely cozy cabin. Not a lot to do or places to eat in the area but it wouldn't stop us from visiting again. In fact, the fall views must be spectacular!!!

Weekend Getaway

Wanted to come site see the area with visits to Knoebels and Yuengling. The cabin and location were a perfect little spot for us! Have already recommended it to friends and would highly consider staying again if in the area.

Charming cabin

Very peaceful, charming cabin on beautiful property. Close to Knoebels amusement park. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was spotless and I would love to return.

Great little cabin

We really enjoyed this place. Love the all wood interior and wide open natural setting. It is super cozy. Perfect for a couple. We made use of the fire pit on the chilly nights and took a stroll by the pond. It's 15 minutes from AOAA which is why we were in the area. We'll be back I'm sure!

The cabin was beautiful and immaculately clean. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay was available, including firewood! The property and location were incredibly gorgeous and peaceful. Highly highly recommend and we would love to come back! Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect cabin for a weekend trip. The host did a wonderful job especially with how clean it was, had everything you would need and the pond was so cute. Would definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin in a lovely setting

We were attending a picnic and meeting at Knoebbels park and we are not from the area. This was very convenient to the park but in a quiet more rural setting which is what we like. Clean, cozy and just right for a couple. It was beautiful.

This was the perfect location for my getaway. A quaint little cabin on a beautiful property, and located near many venues for entertainment (for me it was hiking in Weiser State Forest; also visited Centralia on my way home). Excellent visit to Shamokin. Tehani and Dan are wonderful hosts. The cottage is pristine and inviting. This is our fourth stay and we always look forward to the next.
