"First off I was charged by the hotel as well as by you, the manager of the hotel told me that you didn't charge me that they had to and you both did the manager refused a refund and then kicked us out when it took me a little longer"

"Definitely some drug activity going on the premises. People working on their cars in the parking lot, some guy walked past me in my car at 3 am asking if I wanted smoke, bed sucked pillows were paper thin. The room wasn’t even cleaned before I got there, the fridge was full of food and expired milk and when I went to throw it all out it spilled because caps weren’t on so essentially I had to clean the room myself. Annoying when you’re exhausted from work and just want to rest and expect at least a clean room."

"I booked a King size bed, but we only got the queen size bed in the room we stayed. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean. "

"It is a continental breakfast, but you can make pancakes with the pancake machine. It is cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, and pancakes as I said. The place needs a little refurbishing, but don’t we all so that’s not a big deal."

"This was the first year they offered shuttle service to the Coachella Festival and it was absolutely unorganized leaving us stranded at 3 o’clock in the morning and the following day when you ask for more specific time frames the man at the front got very rude and confrontational"
