In the district of Sfruz, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the skiing area, south facing position. Roofed, parking at the house, public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket, bar 300 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 950 m. Cycle lane 200 m, skisport facilities 4 km, ski school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Città di Trento 43 km, Diga di Santa Giustina 9 km, Madonna di Campiglio 51 km, Città di Cles 12 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Folgarida Marilleva Campiglio 35 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Santa Giustina 9 km, Lago di Tovel 27 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
