Very highly recommond this hotel. We had a wonderful time, fantastic location opening directly to the old port antica, recently refurbished rooms, brilliant staff and service.

Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

Hotel was great and room was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast was good. It was great value and a perfect location to explore Chania. If arriving by car it isn’t well sign posted from the road and the entrance is down a very pretty alley.

What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.

The Renieris Hotel is perfectly located, super clean and a very well organised, friendly hotel, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday close to Chania. The rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean by a lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

Clean apartment, and good location to visit Frangokastello. The view on the front page is not the view for all the apartments, but still you will be able have some of a sea view from the first floor apartments.

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

Stunning property, down to the smallest details. Location is excellent, you into a charming courtyard to get into the property. As soon as you leave the property you’re in the old town but perfectly located to avoid noise from the busy streets, but have access to everything with ease. Parking nearby is easy, and you’re near a local street market every Saturday. Some 10/10 brunch and coffee spots nearby. The reception team were amazing so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dei Delfini. The building has been beautifully renovated by the owners and was very easy to find from the instructions given. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites. I spent 2 nights at Menta City hotel with my husband and 2 teenage children in Aug 2024. Our room was clean and spacious. The roof top breakfast was delicious, with stunning views. The walk to the old town was around 15 minutes. We loved the restaurants and browsing the many shops.

A return trip to lovely Chania and the Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was very poor Wi-Fi and therefore little TV (news)
