Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #971600). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. It had everything we needed for the one night that we stayed there and it was nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The only negative was that when we walked in I noticed a pet smell. Throughout the time we stayed there it smelled like dog urine, from walking in the front door to the bedroom that I was in. Two of the people in our group have no sense of smell so it obviously didn't bother them, but it was noticeable to me and unpleasant. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. ##### Andrea C.
